School of Health Occupations

The School of Health Technology prepares students for certification in a variety of health care professions. Students in these programs train in a clinical setting such as hospitals or medical/dental offices. Well-trained, certified individuals have great career potential in these fields. The comprehensive training available at the College includes administrative as well as clinical competencies. Training includes classroom work, hands-on skill practice, and externships. Students graduating in a health profession are in high demand and have, in effect, 100% placement. The College also offers an Associate Degree in Medical Assisting.
