Good News! No more long lines every month. Students may now make their tuition payments online using a credit or debit card. It’s easy, fast and secure. Look for the “Pay Tuition Online” link on the home page under “Current Students.” A Student ID number and birth date are required to begin the process.

Detailed Instructions

  1. Go to the OWATC homepage and click on the online payment link or click here: https://portal.owatc.edu/OSP
  2. Type your student ID and birth date (must be MM/DD/YYYY format). If you don’t know your student ID please click on the link after Forgot your student ID and you will be routed to another window. Here you can enter your first name, last name, and birth date (must be in MM/DD/YYYY format.)
  3. The next screen will show how much you owe for tuition. If you have a credit it will show the amount with a minus sign. It will also show your first name, last name, and your student ID. If this is you, then click “Make payment.” If this isn’t you, please call (801) 627-8316.
  4. Enter the amount of payment you wish to make. It can be for the amount due; or additional if you choose. The minimum payment amount allowed is $1.35.
  5. The next screen is a summary of your information and the amount of payment you wish to make. If all is correct click “Proceed to Secure Server.”
  6. Enter the complete information for the cardholder on this screen. All fields must be filled in. Enter N/A if you don’t have an email address. The email address is used to send an electronic copy of the receipt. Click “Submit Securely.”
  7. Wait for the payment to be processed. If your credit card declines, you will get a message telling you so. If your credit card is accepted you will be routed to a confirmation screen.
  8. A receipt will be sent to the email address given. If you did not enter a valid email address, click on the button at the bottom of the confirmation screen to print a receipt or call (801) 627-8313 and ask for the receipt to be mailed to you.
  9. Click on Logout on the left hand side of the screen and close your browser window.
