The Real Estate course is designed to train in the areas of real estate that will prepare you for taking the Utah real estate agent test to become a licensed real estate agent. This is the initial step to launching a new career that allows you the freedom of self-employment at your schedule, with the financial rewards geared to your specific goals.
Utah Law requires that students complete a 90 hour educational course before they take the Utah real estate licensing exam. This state test has a passing requirement of 70% and an 18 year old age requirement plus G.E.D. The course consists of 45 two hour modules.
