Utah law requires that students complete a 120-hour educational course before they take the Utah real estate licensing exam. This state test has a passing requirement of 70% and an 18 year old age requirement plus G.E.D.
The Real Estate course is designed to train in the areas of real estate that will prepare you for taking the Utah real estate agent test to become a licensed real estate agent. This is the initial step to launching a new career that allows you the freedom of self-employment on your schedule, with the financial rewards geared to your specific goals. The 120-hour course consists of 55 two-hour modules. Review tests are included with a final school exam that must be passed with a grade of 75%.
