The Health Technology programs prepare students for certification in a variety of health care professions. Students are trained in a clinical setting such as hospitals or medical/dental offices. The comprehensive training available includes administrative and clinical competencies. Training includes classroom work, hands-on skill practice, and externships. Students graduating in a health profession are in high demand.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are enrolling in any health occupation program, any misdemeanor or felony conviction that you have on your record, may negatively impact your chances of completing the program, being placed on an externship site, and employment in a health care career. See your specific program coordinator for more detailed information.
