Cosmetology & Barbering Salon
The OWATC school of Cosmetology features a full service to salon that is open to the public. Services are offered at discount prices and are performed by students in training, including:
- Hair cuts, coloring, styling, permanents, up-dos, etc.
- Manicures
- Pedicures
- Facials
- Wax
- Make-up
- Style parties: Groups up to 10 get hairstyle and/or nails done!
