The College provides a fully state-licensed child care service to students and/or the general community, and is a partner with Head Start. We accept all children regardless of race, color, sex, religion, or national origin. All of our staff are experienced Child Development Associates (CDA), certified teachers. Some of our teachers have Bachelor’s Degrees, Associates Degrees, or their CDA. All of our teaching staff have had education in child development. Teachers are required by the state to get 20 hours of training per year, while employed in a licensed day care center.
The Children’s School is located on the south end of campus, and is situated close to classrooms, student parking, and public transportation. We are open year-round (excluding state, national, and some school holidays).
