The tech college follows policy found in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Release of any information that is not considered directory information requires a release form signed by the student. The Verification Form can be obtained in the Records Office or online.

Students may access verification reports online in their student portal:Â https://portal.owatc.edu/Portal/SignIn.aspx
The “Reports” section in the online student portal contains common requested verifications. To verify Math enrollment for Weber State University, a student may use a Progress Report as long as it lists the specific Match class the student is enrolled in. Student schedules, attendance reports, unofficial transcripts, and completion evaluation reports may also be generated by the student in the portal.
