Schedule Changes

Every time you sign up for a new course and/or drop a course, you must complete the steps shown below. You are responsible for initiating and submitting the changes. A program advisor and career guidance counselor is available to answer questions and provide assistance.

We recommend that you review the Course Change Request form first with a program advisor who will:

  • Recommend the course that should be taken next or
  • Refer the student directly to the enrollment office.

Changing the number of hours scheduled may change the tuition rate as well as your financial aid. A $5.00 fee will be charged for any changes that are not required by the program.

Two Steps for Adding or Dropping a Course:

  1. Check the Certificate Outline for the next required course. If you have questions about your courses, contact your program advisor. (Note: Program advisors are listed in each program description of this catalog).
  2. Complete and submit a Course Change Request form to the Enrollment Office. Forms are available online, through program advisors, and the Enrollment Office. If the course to be added is full, select another required course from the Certificate Outline.

(Note: Once the changes are completed, you will receive a copy of your new weekly course schedule)
