The Project Manager will be responsible for timely execution of various regional projects which will require a working knowledge of MarketStar systems and processes. RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Manage master project list across assigned regional teams.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and focus on regional client initiatives.
• Work with project stakeholders to make certain projects are completed on time, and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• One to three years relevant experience and proven success in project management role
• Wireless industry experience preferred
• BlackBerry experience preferred
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
• Ability to provide timely updates to all stakeholders
• Strong analytical and process oriented mentality
• Strong relationship-building and client-management skills
• Able to communicate complex organizational changes/policies/processes concepts plainly and simply
• Strong presentation skills
• Work well in fast changing environments
• Capable of executing on large, multi-functional and cross-organizational assignments
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Utah Transit Authority announces openings in the Customer Service Department at the Salt Lake Division for Part Time Item Recovery Specialist. Shift 5:00 am – 10:00 Monday through Friday.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/TRAINING:
High School diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:
One year previous experience providing customer service to the public in a position with demonstrated competency in verbal and written communication. One year experience handling and reconciling cash. This position requires a credit check. Must be at least 18 years of age. One year experience in a position of trust in which self-management was demonstrated. Must have a prior acceptable attendance record. Must have a valid Utah driver’s license. Must be a safe driver with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and no convictions for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs in the past 10 years.

Skills:
• Type 20 WPM.
• Microsoft Office software proficiency at an intermediate level in all of the following: Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders, UTA managers, employees and customers.
• Ability to operate office equipment, such as copier, printer, etc.
• Ability to prioritize, make decisions, resolve conflicts, exercise resolution, sensitivity and diplomacy, time management, and self-management.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Ability to speak a second language preferred.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages the collection, tracking and disposal of items left on UTA property. Interacts with representatives from all UTA departments. Assists customers directly with UTA service requests and purchasing of various types of fare media. Performs financial transactions (pass sales, token and ticket inventory). Operates a variety of office equipment and uses various computer software programs in the performance of related duties.

PAY RATE: $14.24 per hour
