OWATC Adult Scholarship Application

This application is the first step in a special "Job and Scholarship" program whereby local employers offer applicants both a scholarship to obtain training and a job. This initial application will be shared with local employers applicants can be matched with training, funding for that training, and jobs! Applicants will be contacted by either the OWATC or by a local employer.
