Real Estate

About Real Estate:

The Real Estate course is designed to train in the areas of real estate that will prepare you for taking the Utah real estate agent test to become a licensed real estate agent.  This is the initial step to launching a new career that allows you the freedom of self-employment at your schedule, with the financial rewards geared to your specific goals.

Utah Law requires that students complete a 90 hour educational course before they take the Utah real estate licensing exam.  This state test has a passing requirement of 70% and an 18 year old age requirement plus G.E.D.  The course consists of 45 two hour modules.

Real Estate Program Training Outlines:

Mortgage Loan Officer (Pre-License)

Notary Public

Real Estate Agent (Agent Pre-License)

Real Estate Broker (Broker Pre-License)

Real Estate Continuing Education Courses

Meet Your Instructor

Hello, I’m Lee Holt and this is a picture of me at the Board of Realtors continuing education seminar we held on our campus last year. I have over 37 years of Real Estate experience, and I absolutely love teaching here. Wow! One of the best things about my job is helping students fly through the exam and go on to have successful businesses in real estate. Real Estate is a fun industry and there is great money to be made. I would really like the chance to discuss Real Estate with you, so please give me a call!
