Welding
About Welding:
The Basic Welder training program will provide you with entry-level job skills to work in a production environment as a welder or welder’s helper. You will learn basic skills on a variety of welding processes. Completing the requirements for the advanced welder will provide you with a wider variety of employment options.
As a Welder, you will be using a variety of welding processes and techniques to build products in a production environment within manufacturing facilities and/or specialty shops. You will be following blueprints and customer specifications.

Meet Your Instructor
Hello, I’m Wayne Western and this is a picture of me with one of my students. I have over 14 years of industry experience, and I really love teaching here. The thing I enjoy most is seeing the transformation that happens in students from when they first get here to when they leave with confidence and a job.
